Why should we select bin above the conveying and screening equipment

Are you complaining the screening and conveying equipment you bought is not durable? Are you worried about equipment bearing capacity if you want to improve the production efficiency? Here we would like to give some tips for you:
No matter vibrating screen or belt conveyor, once they work with other corollary equipment, the joint parts are pretty crucial, the common one is hopper, it is not only because it can store material, but also can reduce the impact to screen mesh when feeding material, and increase the service life. In order to control the feeding rate of hopper uniformly, a electric or a manual gate valve can be added at the bottom of hopper, or a silo vibrator (we call it vibration hopper) to feed the material more uniform or vibratory feeder machine.
For example, one of our customers want a tilt screw conveyor, due to the small capacity, it needs to feed material to conveyor directly, we recommend placing a hopper on the screw conveyor in the purpose of storing material in order to ensure continuous working of screw conveyor and transmission efficiency of the screw conveyor.
During the use of conveying equipment, in order to improve the production efficiency of the conveying and screening equipment), it is necessary to put a hopper above the equipment. This will reduce the worker's labor intensity, the number of workers, the cost production line.

Difference between ultrasonic vibration sieve and ordinary rotary vibrating screen

Compared with rotary vibrating screen, ultrasonic vibration sieve is equipped with a ultrasonic generator, with self-cleaning function ,the mesh is not easy to block, it is no need to add bouncing balls and other anti blockage device. Ultrasonic vibrating screen is particularly suitable for screening fine powder and light weight material with mesh size larger than 300 mesh. 

Ultrasonic screening system is composed of ultrasonic resonant power supply, oscillator and resonance ring. The ultrasonic resonant powder supply will generate longitudinal oscillating wave which will transmit to the resonance ring to produce a resonance, and then the vibration will be transmitted to the screen mesh evenly through the resonance ring. While material on the screen mesh does three dimensional vibration movement in the low-frequency, it will overlap the ultrasonic vibration which can prevent the mesh plug and improve the screening yield and screening quality. 
The performance characteristics of ultrasonic vibrating screen: it can sieve the heavy, light, ultra-fine, strong adsorption powder (almost all of the powder is effective) that ordinary rotary vibrating screen can’t sieve. Compared with ordinary rotary vibrating screen, the material passing rate of ultrasonic vibrating screen will be increased by 50%-400%, the performance is as follows:
(1). Reduce screen mesh cleaning time;
(2). No pollution of powder that generated by bouncing ball and other auxiliary materials;
(3). Keep the screen mesh size, stable precision screening; 
(4). Reduce the material stuck on screen mesh size;
(5). Reduce screening frequency.

The Causes and Solutions of Rotary Vibrating Screen Mesh Blocking

Blocking reasons:

In normal operating conditions of rotaryvibrating screen due to various properties of the material and shape, it will produce a variety of different forms of blocking. The main blockage causes are as follows:

1. It contains a large number of particles close to the size of separation point;

2. High moisture content of materials;

3. Spherical particles or material has multiple points of contact with screen mesh;

4. Static electricity occurs;

5. The material has a fibrous characteristic;

6. Flaky grain contains more;

7. Due to the thick screen mesh holes or other shaped design is unreasonable, resulting in particles blocking phenomenon. Because most of the material particles is irregular, therefore, the reasons for the blocking is varied.

Solutions:

In order to effectively prevent blockage of the shaker screen, the following measures should be taken against the above sieve blockage causes:

1. When the material is fine-grained, clay content is more, and screen size is small, the moisture content on the screen blockage plays a decisive role;

2. When the material moisture content is greater than 5%, if there is no condition to dry the material, screen surface and screen mesh should be differential selected;

3.  When the water content is more than 8%, wet sieving should be used;
4.  If flaky grains contain more, we need to change the way the material crushing and granularity collocation of different crushing process.

Follow the installation measures of coal mine conveyor, or there will be personal injury

As we all know, there are many dangerous factors may lead to losing your life for operation the coal mine conveyor, here we introduce some measures and matters you should notice to avoid personal injury:

1.When laying the conveyor belt ,please pave it in strict accordance with the belt central line that production department gives.
2. Belt conveyor components should be transported according to the order of tail frame, middle frame and the head frame, after transporting to the designated location, please put them away as per the transportation order along the roadway.
3. Belt conveyor should be installed according to the order of head frame, middle frame, the tail frame, central line of each pulley belt conveyor should be in a straight line.
4. Belt conveyor components should meet the requirements, the anchor bolt should be fixed and tighten reliably.
5.All sorts of protection device of belt after the installation is complete, please test each protection device to make sure they are and sensitive working in good condition.
6. Please set up a bridge for walking where people go cross the belt conveyor often.
7.The electric switch protection device must be completed which should be sensitive and reliable , 8. Both the head and tail section of belt conveyor must be equipped with two fire extinguishers and fire sand box which is not less than 0.2 m3.
9. Sweeper installation must meet the production needs. Sweeper and conveyor belt surface must contact well to ensure appropriate tightness and uniform contact.

10. In the section that the roadway changes to slope where belt waves easily to make sure the smooth transition of belt frame, you can adjust the supporting leg of conveyor.
11. After the completion of installation, please make sure ensure all rollers and the belt are connected well in good condition, then you can test run the conveyor.

Proper Operation Maintenance of Electric Pulley

Please notice the following proper operation maintenance of motorized pulley, we are sure it will be a good help to you:

Ø  Each time before the start, please check the bolt, surrounding environment, oil leakage condition, cables condition for inspection, to create a good condition for normal operation.

Ø  New pulley should start with inching running, when it gradually turns into normal and running after 10 minutes, please check the noise, and temperature rising of the parts.

Ø  If oil leakage occurs to electric drum, please pay attention to check two parts: oil seal and wear , tear or deformation condition, if the it is invalid or shape changed, should timely replace the cage and oil seal; Second, air channel cannot be blocked, if any blockage, grease and sundries shall be removed as soon as possible to ensure smooth channel.

Ø  Regularly check the oil level in the drum is an important part of the daily maintenance, the regulation of the oil level height is one of the conditions to ensure the normal operation of the drum, checking method can be carried out according to the method described in the specification.

Circular Vibrating Screen Introduction

► Introduction 
Circular vibrating screen adopts cylinder postures eccentric block to produce strong exciting force. Its main body is connected by high strength screw bolts. A circular, elliptical vibration motion is created in order to sieve the materials efficiently. It is composed of screen box, screen mesh cloth, suspension (or support) device, underframe and motor.

► Working principle
Circular vibrating screen separator uses eccentric block(YK type)/eccentric shaft(YA type) to produce strong exciting force, due to the unbalanced centrifugal force of inertia of the weights on the exciter, screen box vibrates, it can obtain different amplitudes by changing the exciter eccentric weight.

► Application
Circular vibrating screen is available for smelting , quarry , coal preparation, ore dressing, energy, power, chemical industry,construction material.

Are you obtaining the correct methods to operate the vibrating feeder safely? Following mentioned points are the matters users should notice during operation,we are sure you will benefit a lot!
Firstly, lubrication
Regular maintenance and overhaul are important means of extending the service life of the machine and ensuring the normal work, users should attach importance to it. For lubrication, users should pay attention to the following two points:
1.The machine adopts thin oil splash lubrication, the lubricant should be determined according to the use place, temperature conditions. General used oil is gear oil;
2.Make sure that the exciter in the thin oil is higher than the standard height (filling by joint bend), oil must be replaced every three to six months, when we change the oil, please use clean gasoline or kerosene to clean the oil tank, bearing raceway and gear surface.
Secondly, we need to be aware of safety technology of the following points during use:
1. The machine operators should subject to security technology education;
2. Reinforce all the bolts to prevent the looseness in the operation process;
3. Often view the amplitude of the vibration motor, if it is unusual, immediately stop and repair.
4. Vibrating feeder should be grounded, wire should be reliably insulated, and packed in a snakeskin tube;
5. When the vibrating feeder is running, it is forbidden to stand beside the machine, touch, adjust, clean or inspect the machine and so on.
