Working principle: The operation precondition of water scraper is conveyor belt non-loading running. In the operation, press roller, trough carrier idler, flat carrier idler, connecting rod and crank are workings as a rotary body, the electric-hydraulic pusher drives the press roller and trough carrier idlers in clockwise rotation, then the top of trough carrier idlers and flat carrier idlers are on the same tangent plane. Under the clamping pressure of press roller and carrier idlers, the belt is lifted up, and the water is discharged from both sides of the conveyor belt. Thus the shift between normal operation and water removal can be achieved through the rotation of rotary body.
