The role of polishing processing for vibrating screen

Under normal circumstances, If vibrating screen construction material is stainless steel, the equipment in the factory normally needs to be polished before delivery. Different surface processing will create different effects  on the stainless steel surface, such as food processing and pharmaceutical industry,the sanitation requirements are relatively high. In these applications, vibrating screen surface must be smooth, thus it is not easy to begrime, begrime will result in stainless steel surface becoming rust even corrosion, so the stainless steel vibrating screen must be polished inside and outside in these special industries.

In addition, some fine powder industries also need to be polished, after polishing, the vibrating screen body surface is not easy to tainted with fine powder, it’s easy to clean, also can screen other materials;For other common industries,you just need to polish the outside surface,it looks beautiful after polishing,and the surface  will not hurt the hands in the process of use.
