1. When the main motor occurs troublesand cannot operate normally, at first please stop feedingmaterials.In order to protect the bucket traction pieces and hoppers from damage, operators need to clean up the materials which are hung in the air, then operators can start up the auxiliary transmission motor to clean the residual materials inside the hoppercompletely .
2. Compared with main motor, the power of auxiliary transmission motor is much smaller, so with the help of auxiliary transmission, bucket elevator slows down. According to this characteristic, it’s easy to overhaul bucket elevator, clean up hoppers and traction pieces through bucket elevator observation window.
