What notices should we pay attention to bucket elevator design? Please see the following :

1.Material temperature should be considered when choose bucket elevator belt : Ordinary steel cord belt is suitable for material with temperature lower than 80 degree. Heat- resistant steel cord belt is suitable for material with temperature lower than 120 degree. 

2.Uneven feeding material and lump size should be considered: the allowance of the bucket elevator capacity should be sufficient.

3.Driven device support frame and maintenance platform installed on the head casing should be considered: Customer should state whether need the maintenance platform according to requirement.

4.Dust removal flange on the head part of the bucket elevator should be considered: You can connect with dust collector if the material with large amount of dust. 

5.Following information should be considered: material name, size, bulk density, temperature, moisture content, lifting height, feeding equipment name, working indoor or outdoor.
