s lithium base grease which can improve the bearing lubrication performance to prolong the service life of roller.Please ensure the accuracy during conveyor roller fabricating process 

For example,the inner hole precision of punch bearing housing should reach grade 3, dimensional tolerance,coaxial degree and ovality of the pipe body two ends must conform to the national standard,can not exceed the tolerance. 

Bearing seat should adopt labyrinth seal structure of centripetal ball bearing supporting and plastic sealing ring
