Follow the recommended installation matters to prolong bucket lifter service life

Don’t trying to complain the short life span of bucket elevator,follow the matters that our engineer suggests as follows:

1.The bucket lifter must be fixed on a concrete foundation firmly in order to ensure well-installed bucket lifter can achieve vertical requirements. For higher height bucket lifter, the upper and middle casing should be connected with the neighbouring buildings to increase its stability. For lower height bucket lifter , please connect the upper ,middle and lower casing well first on the ground, then hang the whole set vertically and fix it on the concrete foundation.

2. After the installation of casing, please install the chain bucket. The utype screw which is used for connect the buckets, it is not only a chain connector, but also a fixture of buckets. Utype nuts must be tightened and locked firmly, after installing the chain and bucket, please adjust it to a proper tension. 

3.Add a proper amount of oil or grease in the gearbox and bearing respectively, reducer should be lubricated with industrial gear oil, bearing seat can be lubricated with calcium or sodium base grease.
